Pure Blue Global Networks have adopted the SupportDeskService.com from cloud providers entrustIT.

Established in 2000, PureBlue is a privately-held company based in Staplehurst, Kent with data centres in Kent, London and Manchester. Although IP networking is their core activity, PureBlue retain a core of general IT support clients because of their high level of customer service.

The PureBlue management team were concerned about how best to maintain & enhance that customer service during periods of peak demand without continual expansion of their own support function to uneconomic levels.

After a lengthy investigation and selection process, PureBlue opted to bolster their own capability with additional resources from www.supportdesktservice.com. The result? A seamless experience for the PureBlue customers with improved resourcing.
